HOPE Course Starting Soon

We are pleased to announce another HOPE course starting later this month, designed to support individuals experiencing low level depression and anxiety.

The course will be held every Saturday from 25th January to 1st March at Pembroke House Surgery, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
