Would you like a bit of help using online health services?
Digital Buddies – Next face to face session at Pembroke Surgery is Monday 18th May
Would you like a bit of help using online health services?
Our Digital Buddies group is here to support you. We’re a small team of volunteers from the Patient Participation Group, offering friendly, patient-to-patient guidance to help you feel more confident using digital tools for your health.
We’re not technical experts – just fellow patients who use these services ourselves and are happy to share what we’ve learned.
At the next session we will cover
- NHS App
Learn how to order prescriptions, view your records, and manage appointments. - Klinik (online consultation system)
Find out how to contact the surgery online for advice, appointments, or medical queries. - MyChart (hospital app)
A new app to be used when receiving treatment at the hospital
Why come along?
Using online services can save you time, make things more convenient, and help you stay on top of your health – but we know it can feel a bit daunting at first. That’s where we come in.
Interested?
Sessions will be held in the meeting room at Pembroke House Surgery at 1pm and 2pm.
